    received 2 pieces in pencilround instead, tried a few times to contact allwoodstairs via emails and phone calls with no response.

    Requested 2 pieces of maple in bullnose for $260,

    All was fine until they arrived to install the stairs. Original quote was for all new material but part of the old stairs was use, still had to pay the full price. The workman are condescending, no respect for the owner, play extremely loud music as if they are on a construction site and not a persons home. Quality of the finished product joinery is substandard.

    Had to get the timber fixed by another timber factory, another $91. Later allwoodstairs called back said they will not refund, not happy at all.
