  Honestly I am so impressed with kennards, my parents used your Thornleigh depot to store their goods when they went overseas and couldn't have been happier, my mother has been a raving fan of your company ever since and I must say my experience was identical, from the moment I called to book in my space to the trailer being made available for me to the friendly service we received from the staff on the day your customer service standards were 5 star I will and already have recommended your company to a number of people, as a real estate agent I am often asked and usually hesitate to recommend people in the removals and storage sector but I will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your company to anybody that I come across. It doesn't seem like a difficult thing to run and manage a storage place but it actually is and I can assure you the professionalism you guys display does not go unnoticed, I cannot recall a time when I have been so impressed with a company and its staff. If I am completely honest even if you charged a little more I would still have used you but that was because of the recommendation from my parents, so I guess it's a risk if you raise your rates because people won't know how damn good you are until they experience it for themselves. Truly truly thankful that you guys made my move easier. I live in the Sydney cbd and Thornleigh wasn't my closest kennards by any means but I just had to use you because of the experience my parents had with you, I actually purchased boxes etc from your Moore park store because it was closer and even there with a quick transaction I was blown away by the young lady at the counter, she was incredibly polite and helpful even offering to help me to my car with the boxes. I hope these staff members get to see these reviews because it it's incredibly satisfying to be given a thankyou especially when it's rare to get one in a customer service role. Truly top notch, Do not change a thing!!!!!

  Excellant storage facility with plenty of parking and lots of space to unpack / pack your vehicle . Staff are helpfull and friendly . The rooms for rent are large and competitively priced. There is a pick up and delivery / storage room for stuff you buy or sell on Ebay . They even have a Boardroom / office with coffee making machine which can be used free of charge . Plus the toilets are kept clean ! And MacDonalds is nearby . Bloody hell I could almost live here !
